With respect, you didn't answer my question. I asked if there are alternative ways in which students' concerns can be heard. How then can students get a refund if they do a course which is a joke? If they've paid $11,600, what do they do then? If you're suggesting to me there are other ways in which students can be safeguarded, could you please explain what they are? Because, so far, you haven't.
