We refer to this consultation which occurred over an extended period of time in the lead-up to the tabling of the first draft of the bill, pre dodgy deal, pre second reading amendments, pre whatever it took to get this bill through the Senate. So no consultation with the Northern Territory government and no consultation with the industry—we've established that thus far, and I won't just accept 'can't add anything to this'. Madeleine King seems to be the only minister in the Australian government that actually stands up for fossil fuels and for those contributors to the majority of energy generation sources.
