In particular, on Monday the minister indicated his intention to establish a distinct test for manufacturing entities, so as to assess whether or not they would be eligible for an adjusted baseline. To the extent that people are engaged with activity associated with manufacturing, there are some very particular arrangements. But I think your question is very general in nature.
