Given the minister has demonstrated that he is unaware of or unconcerned by the cost-of-living pressures faced by Australians, is he aware that Westpac Business Bank forecast that advertised rents will increase by 11.5 per cent in 2023? Minister, is it correct that this will be the biggest annual increase on record?
