I move to amend the government's amendment:

At the end of the motion, add: "but, in respect of the Public Interest Disclosure Amendment (Review) Bill 2022, the provisions of the bill be referred immediately to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 14 March 2023".
