Senator Henderson, just so, for your constituents, you understand what the answer is, the answer to the first question—does the shoe manufacturing business EMU Australia, headquartered in Geelong, have a common interest with Boundary Bend Olives, a manufacturer of olive oil based in North Geelong?—is: that is a decision at the discretion of the Fair Work Commission.
