He's hit the ground running and fallen over! Given it is clear that the Assistant Treasurer is not capable of managing Treasury legislation, conducting negotiations, managing stakeholders or administering his portfolio, does the Treasurer retain confidence in the abilities of his Assistant-Treasurer?
