I am asking for the vote on parts (b) and (c) to be taken separately from the votes on parts (a), (d) and (e). The consequence of doing so would be to give priority to consideration of the Climate Change Bill over all other Senate business, and would do so without limitations in terms of the conduct of that debate, including without time limitations. It would enable that to continue throughout the rest the day, without application of the guillotine.
