Pursuant to standing order 164(3), I ask the Minister representing the Minister for Agriculture and Northern Australia, Senator McKenzie, for an explanation as to why an order for the production of documents agreed to on 9 February 2022, concerning animal welfare incident reports, has not been complied with.
