That is a misrepresentation of what I said. What Senator Pratt said is not correct. We have no deal with the government. We have simply been given facts that we didn't know. We have been given reassurance—no agreement and no bypassing parliament. We consult people, we use these things, we listen and we use this thing and this thing to process what we get.
