I give notice of my intention at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting to withdraw business of the Senate notices of motion Nos 1 and 2 standing in my name for nine sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the ASIC Corporations (Foreign Financial Services Providers—Foreign AFS Licensees) Instrument 2020/198 and the ASIC Corporations (Foreign Financial Services Providers—Funds Management Financial Services) Instrument 2020/199.
