The answer to that question was that the rationale was based on the premise of maintaining that connection to employment. In terms of casuals, you'd be aware that casuals who have been in a continuous period of employment with their employer for 12 months or more, based on the definition of the Fair Work Act, are entitled to JobKeeper. As such, there will be some casuals who are afforded the benefit of this rationale.
