The revenue range is one of them and profitability is another. But all of the details of this will be outlined in the investment mandate. I can't, hand on heart, stand in front of you today and give you that investment mandate, because it has to be negotiated and worked out by the shareholders themselves. Until this bill is passed and until it is enabled, we can't actually go ahead and negotiate with those other shareholders.
