That concludes the discovery of formal business, but I would make one point. Occasionally in seeking formality, statements of reasons are creeping in by people seeking formality. I'm going to start cutting senators off. This is a very busy time of the day. It is a statement of fact only, not reasons for the motion creeping into that.
