I seek leave to respond to the failure of Minister Cash to provide on time documents that are the subject of an order for the production of documents. They were scheduled to be delivered no later than 3.30 pm on Monday 25 November 2019. Given the rearrangement of the business of the Senate yesterday, this is the first opportunity that I have had to respond.
