Thank you, Senator Farrell, for the question. Minister McKenzie used her responsibilities to approve projects that met the guidelines for the program. It's that simple. That was her responsibility. That was her delegation under the guidelines of the program, and therefore she approved each project that met the guidelines in accordance with her delegation. That was her responsibility, that was her role under the program and that's the role she undertook.
