by leave—I move:

That today, following the reporting of a message from the House of Representatives transmitting the Criminal Code Amendment (Food Contamination) Bill 2018 for concurrence—

(a) the bill be called on immediately and shall have precedence over all government business;

(b) if by 2 pm consideration of the bill has not concluded, then:

  (i) the routine of business after motions to take note of answers shall be consideration of the bill until determined, and

  (ii) divisions may take place after 4.30 pm in respect of the bill only; and

(c) after the bill has been concluded, the Senate shall return to its routine of business.
