Nine days after declaring he supported Prime Minister Turnbull 100 per cent, the minister said, and I quote, 'I 100 per cent support Scott Morrison and Josh Frydenberg.' Why should Prime Minister Morrison trust the minister's 100 per cent guarantee when, clearly, Malcolm Turnbull couldn't?
