The National Security Legislation Amendment (Espionage and Foreign Interference) Bill 2017 and the Foreign Influence Transparency Scheme Bill 2017 have been the subject of extensive consideration by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security since 8 December 2017. Any further delay would impact on Australia's national security and undermine our democratic process.
