This is what happens when a senator on the opposite side is handed a question by the tactics committee and then doesn't listen to the answer. If Senator Marshall had actually listened to the answer, he would have known and he would have understood that I confirmed that the government's policy position remains the same, that there hasn't been any change, and, as such, I completely and utterly reject the premise of the question which, quite frankly, he shouldn't even have asked.
