When I was talking earlier about individual circumstances, I was speaking in the context of individual circumstances determining whether a visa applicant falls within the scope of the matters that we have been discussing in relation to the free trade agreement. I just observe in passing that both the Liberals and Labor, when in government, have signed free trade agreements where there are exemptions in certain circumstances.
