Mr Acting Deputy President, you make the point that I was just about to make: Senator Rhiannon, according to the list, it is a Greens senator who is supposed to be speaking. But I think this demonstrates to those who might be listening to this debate that on an important issue like the National Cancer Screening Register Bill, the Greens' scheduled speaker just does not turn up—
