As you have correctly articulated, our bill is going to prevent a state government from using a federal law to undermine its own legislation. In relation to the 400 pages and the managerial responsibilities, as you would be aware—I think you attended a number of the Senate hearings into this matter—one of the huge concerns that the CFA does have is in relation to the managerial responsibilities and the impact of a number of clauses on their managerial responsibilities. Yet again, you have hit the nail on the head.
