Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. Given the government has not yet signed any shipbuilding contracts and, by 2018, ASC Shipbuilding will have no ships on its books—and, by ASC's own estimates evidence, only 100 staff will be left in that entity by the end of 2018—does the government concede that that will diminish the value of ASC?
