I inform the Senate that Senator Colbeck, the will be absent from question time today. In Senator Colbeck's absence, Senator Birmingham will represent the international education portfolio and Senator Sinodinos will represent the tourism, agriculture and water resources portfolios. Senator Fierravanti-Wells will be absent from question time today and indeed for the rest of this week. In her absence, I will represent the international development and Pacific portfolio.
