and I can assure you that we have taken steps to ensure that payments will not be affected by this industrial action. We have very well-established business continuity strategies and contingency plans to address any potential disruptions and to ensure that customers can continue to access services. These strategies have been deployed on five occasions in response to previous industrious action.
