Yes, I do. I move the second reading amendment standing in my name:

At the end of the motion, add:

but the Senate notes that:

(a) the Hague lntercountry Adoption Convention (Hague Convention) provides the best assurance of safeguards for children and a transparent adoptive process, and intercountry adoption should occur between Hague Convention signatories to ensure the safety and best interests of the child; and

(b) Australia should seek to encourage countries to sign the Hague Convention rather than sign ad hoc bilateral agreements.
