I ask: in light of the visit today of President Xi to parliament and, as foreshadowed, the announcement that Prime Minister Abbott and President Xi will witness the signing of an historic free trade agreement, can the minister outline to the Senate the benefits that will accrue to Australia from a free trade agreement with China?
