If you look at the motion Senator Wong has circulated, it is not a motion relating to Senator Sinodinos's failure to comply. Irrespective of the debate we had just before about whether in fact Senator Sinodinos did fail to comply—and you have already ruled on that and I do not reflect on your ruling on that point—if you look at the terms of this resolution, it is not a motion relating to Senator Sinodinos's failure to comply.
