Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. The minister well knows that the reference is not to fugitive emissions but to burnt coal exported from Australia. So I ask her again: does she accept that coal from the Galilee and Bowen basins extracted from Australia and burnt wherever in the world will exacerbate the problem of carbon pollution, and is therefore not in our, or anybody else's, national interest? Is that the case, Minister?
