Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. Would the minister advise the Senate what part of the government's 'proud record' is the fact that only 10,671 dwellings have been allocated under the National Rental Affordability Scheme over the past four years when the government has established for itself a target of 50,000 dwellings by June 2016? When will the next over 35,000 be delivered?
