The answer to the honourable senator's question is as follows:

(1) Applications for Prime Minister's exemptions are not made to the Office of Best Practice Regulation (OBPR).

(2)-(6) Information regarding Prime Minister's exemptions, non-compliance and post-implementation reviews is listed on the OBPR website and in the Best Practice Regulation Reports, released annually.
