Mr President, I ask a further supplementary question. Is it not true that as a result of the continuing blowouts to Labor's border protection budget, the only surplus to be delivered by a Labor government next year will be in the bank accounts of people smugglers courtesy of Julia Gillard's failed border protection policies?
