Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. As a Queensland senator, I know many people were affected by the flooding and the cyclone, particularly Imogen and Alyssa in Townsville. Can the minister inform the Senate how important it is to have close cooperation with the Queensland government during the reconstruction phase and how important national partnership agreements are in delivering the best results for Queenslanders?
