Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. Given the IBISWorld report finds that dairy farmers will face the biggest impact from the carbon tax because they will pay more to operate their milking sheds and refrigerate their milk, why is the government making life tougher for Australian dairy farmers by introducing the world's biggest carbon tax?
