This project arose as a result of an election commitment by this government. The government is in the process of delivering on it. The application is being assessed in accordance with the proper procedures of the guidelines. Further developments are occurring with regard to the two bodies that have sought application for this particular project. The local member has supported the project publicly and in many other ways.
