Mr President, my question is to the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, Senator Wong. I refer the minister to findings in the Essential Services Commission of South Australia's annual performance report, which should be very close to her heart, that the average household electricity bill in South Australia is now $1,680. By how much will this rise as a direct result of the government's carbon tax?
