Mr President, I ask a further supplementary question. I refer to the comments from the Treasurer, Wayne Swan, in 2005: 'We can't have the Future Fund being plundered by the National Party. It has to be locked in a box.' Minister, does it remain the government's policy to keep the Future Fund locked in a box, or have you succumbed to the temp­tations of Ron Boswell? Are you basically robbing Peter Costello to pay Penny?
