asked the Minister representing the Minister for Financial Services and Superannuation, upon notice, on 11 March 2011:

(1) How many complaints did the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal receive in each of the following financial years:

(a) 2008-09;

(b) 2009-10; and

(c) 2010-11 (to date).

(2) How many of these complaints were resolved:

(a) in favour of the complainant;

(b) by conciliation; and

(c) by determination of the Tribunal.

(3) What is the first and second most common cause for complaints.

(4) What is the average period of time between the filing of a complaint and its resolution.
