This bill, as I think senators know, will allow patients to take a pathology test to a pathology provider of their choice. It will encourage pathology providers to compete on price and convenience for patients. As has been noted by senators opposite, the government has supported some constructive amendments in the House. I would like to thank all senators who have made a contribution to this debate. I commend the bill to the Senate.
