It sort of pierced an eardrum, Mr President. The costs from the EBA are in place. Yes, there is a very competitive labour market evolving in Australia. It is not yet quite back to the levels of the GFC, but going in that general direction. The NBN Company are very conscious of this. They have been engaged in discussions with the local industry about provision of services. They are aware of that. The government is conscious of wanting to ensure that we have enough technicians.
