Then following the final COAG health reform working group meeting the COAG senior officials groups and their deputies forum comprising Commonwealth and state and territory officials from the premiers’ departments again met on several occasions to finalise the agreement and the related material. So the states signed up to an agreement barely three weeks ago. The ink is not dry yet and the centrepiece of this agreement has now been dumped. Did they intend to dump it all along? That is my question. Was this just—
