I seek leave to move a motion to amend the order of the Senate of 11 May 2010, as amended, relating to the hours of meeting and routine of business for today.

I move:

That, on Thursday, 13 May 2010:

(a)

the hours of meeting be from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and 8 pm to adjournment; and

(b)

the routine of business from 6 pm to 6.30 pm, shall be consideration of the government business order of the day relating to the Do Not Call Register Legislation Amendment Bill 2009.
