Can the minister also advise how Building the Education Revolution relates to the government’s broader productivity agenda? What is the relationship between education and productivity? How does improving the knowledge and skills of Australian workers increase capacity both at the enterprise level and economy wide? Can the minister explain how the education revolution will serve the government’s broader goal of renewing and modernising the Australian economy? To what extent does achieving this goal depend on the abilities of individual Australians? How will achieving it enable Australia to deal with changing conditions in the international marketplace?
