I cannot instruct a minister how to answer a question. They need to answer the question that has been raised—that is within the standing orders—but I cannot instruct a minister how to answer a question. As to whether they want to divulge in their answer everything that the questioner would desire, I cannot force them to do that. Senator Wong, you know the question.
