Mr President, on the point of order, I was asked a question by Senator Scullion about the Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program. In the 32 seconds he allowed me to address the issue, I attempted to talk about that program and its implementation, which was part of the question. I would think he would do me the courtesy of allowing me to finish or at least get more than 32 seconds into the question, if he was serious about the issue.
