I thank Senator Scullion for the question. The Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program is the largest scale Indigenous housing program ever undertaken. As Minister Macklin has stated very clearly in recent weeks, the program will deliver 750 new houses, 230 rebuilds and 2,500 refurbishments of houses in remote Northern Territory communities by the end of 2013. It is a new way of delivering housing in remote communities.
