Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. Given that the Strategic Indigenous Housing and Infrastructure Program was a joint program between the Rudd government and the Northern Territory Labor government, is it a fact that the Northern Territory government contributed $100 million to the SIHIP and have budgeted to pay themselves back at 11.4 per cent, or over $76 million, for administration and project management?
