That it be an instruction to the Committee of the Whole that the committee:

(a)

divide the Tax Laws Amendment (2009 Measures No. 1) Bill 2009 to incorporate in a separate bill the provisions of Schedule 3—Reforms to income tests; and

(b)

add to that bill enacting words, provisions for titles and commencement, and a provision giving effect to amending schedules.
