I move:

That the Senate asks the Minister responsible for the Australian Electoral Commission to:

(a)

furnish the Senate with reasons for rejecting the name Inglis Clark (Andrew Inglis Clark was a key contributor to the drafting of the Australian Constitution) for the Tasmanian seat of Denison; and

(b)

seek to have the decision reconsidered.
